Spring is A-Coming!! and Some Interesting Links
I have so enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds eating at the feeders on our porch. I love it! That and the green poking up through the leaves on my flower beds... oooh... Spring is right around the corner - even in IN!!! YAY!!

I found a link on the HSB Company Blog to a site called The Homeschool Social Register. Its purpose is to:
Get in touch with other homeschoolers in your area, anywhere in the world.
Browse hundreds of links to homeschool support groups and other resources and recommend your favorite links.
Homeschool Wiki. This part of the Homeschool Social Register is written by its users, people like you and me. It's about cutting the red tape so that you can homeschool.
I was surprised that there were any signed up in my area, but there were. You should take a look and see about your area.

Another Link is at our good friend Gena's, son's website: Shattering Windows. The link is to a video I had the privilege of seeing IRL at a TOS meeting. It is HOME Where They Belong, and Paulie described it as:
God gave us our children to raise up in the way they should go - His way. Proverbs 22:6. We're to raise them up to bring Him glory. We are to raise them up to love and honor the one true God, Jesus Christ. How can they do this when their mentors and trainers are the government?
Man created schools; God created families. Home is where our children belong.
Please download the latest Windows Media Player to best view this production. Also, turn speakers up!

I'm a 55 year old mom of a 6 year old and a 11 year old, both girls. HELP! I feel like I'm failing miserably and my pre-teen cries at the drop of a hat with dramatic emotions. I've loved the Lord for 26 years and have never felt out of control until now. Would love your prayers.
