Are you in the northeastern IN/ northwest OH area?? Then, you may be interested in attending this Resource Expo!

This was taken directly from their page:

Attend FWAHS' 23rd Annual Resource Expo!

Mark your calendar now and plan to attend the 23rd Annual Fort Wayne Area Home Schools' Resource Expo. It's a great opportunity to get a hands-on look at curricula, to attend workshops targeted to your homeschooling needs, and to talk with other homeschoolers. You won't want to miss it!

Friday, May 18
Expo Preview
First Assembly of God
3301 E. Coliseum Blvd

6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The Friday night event is an evening designed to help homeschooling parents make the most of the Resource Expo and to allow them to gather information about curricula from experienced teacher/parents, rather than salesmen. Parents, teaching in the range from K High School, will be available to answer questions. The Resource Expo Preview will be held at First -Assembly of God Church from 6- 9 p.m. Workshops are also planned.

Saturday, May 19
Exhibit Hall and Workshops
Allen County War Memorial Coliseum
4000 Parnell Avenue

9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

On Saturday the Exhibit Hall will be open from 9 a.m. -5 p.m. in Expo Hall One of the Coliseum. Interested in looking at curricula before you buy? The Exhibit Hall is the place to go. And when you decide what to buy, you save postage and handling fees on your purchases. The Exhibit Hall features booths filled with both curricular and extracurricular materials. Featured speakers and vendors will offer homeschooling workshops throughout the day. There will also be at least one orientation meeting at the Expo, so encourage prospective homeschoolers to attend.

The registration fees for the Expo Preview and Resource Expo are as follows: Adults and Teens - $3.00, Children (ages 3-12) - $1.00, Children two and under -free, maximum charge per family - $10.00. Those who attend the Expo Preview will be given a free pass to Saturday's Expo. Parking fees at the Memorial Coliseum are $4.00 per vehicle. You won't be able find a more economical registration fee for a curriculum fair!

If you are on our mailing list you should receive an Resource Expo Flyer in the mail sometime before the Expo providing directions, a complete vendor list and other information. Once available it may also be downloaded from this page. If you would like to receive an Expo Flyer and have not in the past, please provide your full mailing address to Todd Wallin at Expo@fwahs.org.

We look forward to seeing you at the Expo!

If you plan to attend, let me know!!
Jacque
