Happy Mother's Day to All of you Moms!
We love our children, whether we have just 1 or 15 or any number in-between. We provide for them as best we can.
We are tickled at their whimsical ways; just their baby smile or the wisdom they show as a young adult.
We don't mind giving up our time or a new pair of shoes - or even that favorite book, just so we can give them that something special and see their face light up.
We stay up late caring for them; we rise up early if need be.
We may be Followers of the Most High God or serve no god at all.
We may want many, many children or only a couple.
We may stay at home with them all day or we may work outside the home.
We may homeschool or send them off to another school.
There may be many things that divide us, but the one thing that unites us is the love of our children.
For this reason, I say:
Happy Mother's Day to you.
I truly wish and hope for the best Mother's Day yet - whether you desire to spend the entire day with your children or hope to have a get-away on this day.
