The beginning of the school year tend s to overwhelm me in different ways. I tend to not stress out, but I do try to re-figure out my schedule as the year has actually gotten under way. My preplanned schedule does not ever quite work and timing is off. Right now I am in the process of reorganizing it AGAIN.
This organization is the only *real* organization I can manage so it is very important to my home, family and schoolyear.
Remembering WHO I AM is a key factor. Thanks for the reminder!

I like chickens but the last time I stepped into a chicken coupe I had an asthma attack. I don't know that they are peaceful to watch though...I think they are a silly looking animal that look like they are worried and stressed. Not very peaceful to me.

I must agree, simple praise and worship can be such a huge blessing. A moment with the Lord, just appreciating all he offers to us, is such a wonderful thing. I think this week I need to slow down...far too much is going on. Simple worship will help me refocus and reminds me what I am here for, to praise and worship my heavenly Father!!

We often sing that hymn together as a family before meals.

And chickens never give me any sense of peace!!!! lol
