Blogger Friends School - Assignment #3

BLOGGING ABCs

Here is the assignment for this week. Boy was this hard. I even asked dh to help me with a couple. He came up with one for A and a better one for C than I had. He fell asleep before he got one for D tho. I needed one for I, X and Y. I looked to see what Jocelyn had done, and Youthful might still fit, but I don't feel it today! LOL

I am disappointed that I didn't get to use the letter icons I made - they are pretty cute... with hearts and all ... it could take me a blue million years to upload them to PB and get them on here, tho! I already missed posting last week's assignment!

So, you have to 1) use each letter of the alphabet to describe yourself or things that are important to you! The HARD part is: use only 1 word per letter!

Then, t2) ell me your favorite Scripture for the week! Tamara is giving Extra Credit for visiting each other's blogs (like that's hard). Just put an asterisk next to your name for 10 and 2 for 20, etc.

Scripture Verse This Week, from our Bible Study:

Deuteronomy 5:29 & 33

29O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!  

33Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess

This is after Moses re-iterates the 10 commandments and tells the people how and why to teach them to their children in Chapter 6

I wanted to use some "pretty" letters as well, but didn't want to go through the hassle of putting them on photbucket.

I put email for "E" too - my son helped me with that one! Your list looks cute with the colored letters. You said that you made some yourself - do you have a program that you use for that?

Great Scripture verse! I think my favorite part of these assignments is reading everyone's verses!

with working between children and dial-up issues. I wish I could do something to make things easier for you...I used nothing but dial-up for the last 14 years so I empathize with you. When I first started using the internet dial-up was all there was to use and pages didn't load 40mb/page either..LOL Progress, is it really worth it all?
