God Will Make A Way

Proverbs 3:6
"In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. "

I first heard this song sung by Janet Paschal before I ever heard it sung in a church. It is a beautiful, peaceful, strong and calming song. It gives hope in a non-emotional way.

God will make a way,

Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength for each new day

By a roadway in the wilderness, He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade

Our God is just like that. He will make a way. If it is His will, and we are walking in it and believing for His will, He will make a way. He loves His People and He is a faithful God. He doesn't dangle a carrot in front of us and then say, "Run!". He walks with us, protects us, equips us and holds our hands when necessary.

He loves us with a love we don't deserve, don't know how to express and will not find commonly on this earth.

Proverbs 16:9

A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

We are a blessed and undeserving people who find our God and find His ways to be true.

I have a few friends who are, right now, facing uncertain circumstances, holding onto a God that is True and Just and Righteous. I am praying and believing with them the God will make a way, where there seems to be no way.

Because God is God, and "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31)

God Will Make a Way - The Best of Don Moen was released in 2003 and features 19 greatest hits. The title song was written for his wife's sister and her husband, who lost their oldest son in an auto accident while three other children were seriously injured. Moen's most recent album, Hiding Place, became his first studio album which was recorded at Paragon Studios in Franklin, Tennessee and was released in the autumn of 2006.

This is one of my favorite songs. It is so wonderful how our God will make a way for us when we reach the end of way and don't see how it could happen~He reaches into our lives and works things out in His way~His perfect way.

Ruth- I agree. This is one of the first songs I remember as a new christian. I have learned so much in growing that the way that is most important is His Way!
