Exploratorium

Today we went on a field trip to San Francisco. We went to the Exploratorium and the Palace of Fine Arts and then drove past Fisherman's Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge. It was very cool. I am very tired. The pictures are still in the camera. So you get pictures of the last time I got the super tired, when we deweeded the yard.    On to the more nerve racking part... Wednesday night I had a migraine. It was the first one since mid-April. I was shocked and rather annoyed. I thought I had finally gotten rid of them. And then last night (Thursday) I had a second one. They really haven't gone away. I am pretty sure that they are either caused by the stress of dealing with the eye doc or bonking my head. Either way I expect them to get better as the stress goes back down in my life and my head heals. I really thought that I was doing alright with regard to stress. It looks like I still need to work on making the best choices for keeping mentally healthy. I am working on getting some margin in my life. I am working on making more time for the I enjoy doing. I think I am going to try to making bread more often. And maybe that grain mill that I was thinking about before we moved will need to be thought about some more. |
