Why does this take so long? Today Luther worked from 9-2:30 and finished math, language arts and reading. We watched half an hour of Muzzy Spanish during lunch. I'm exhausted! In part I'm sure my exhaustion is due to my sinus infection (I think I'm *finally* starting to get better). We are falling behind in history, science and art because I am so tired by the time the basics are done. I'm sure once I am healthier I will get more done. But will Luther ever work faster?

I have to sometimes sit with my boys and keep them focused on the basics. We sometimes alternate the history, science, etc with the basics to give them a change of pace and it seems to help.
