I don't know whether to comment here or at MrsIncredible since this is a homeschool thing...well I'm here now. LOL I'm trying to wait patiently while christianbook.com delivers the Explorer's bible study I ordered last week. Tap, tap, tapping my foot... The whole thing with scripture memorization is that I've never done it before so I feel at a complete disadvantage. I have very few things that are packaged in our homeschool and I like the freedom but with reading Leading Little Ones to God it has a scripture for each day, so does Right choices, how do I choose which scripture to use? I've been choosing short, easy ones but you're right the one a day is too much but I haven't decided on a way to lessen it. I did a review week this past week and my daughter asked why we weren't adding new ones! AHHH! I thought using scriptures to back up our house rules would be nice, then the ten commandments, then...so on. I'll have to look at the topical system again. Thanks Jen.
