FOR TODAY OCTOBER 12, 2008

Outside My Window...  I see beautiful fall colors.  The many mature trees all around my home are ablaze with intense shades of copper, orange, scarlet, and gold.

I am thinking...  that I would like to feel better so I can go out and enjoy the weather with my children!

I am thankful for... provision, freedom and liberty... and hoping they will last.

From the kitchen...I can see the Indian corn I tied together and hung on the wall.  I like to imagine that colonial and pioneer women did the same thing to decorate their homes.

I am wearing...grey yoga pants and a soft tshirt.  I wore it to bed last night and haven't changed.  I'm sick and just bummed around all day.

I am creating...plans for a new photography business.

I am going... to bed early tonight... yeah, right!

I am reading... nothing.  I have always treasured books, and yet I somehow lost the time to read.  I need to make that a priority again.

I am hoping...that we will progress through our Financial Peace baby steps QUICKLY!

I am hearing... boys splashing in the tub and playing imaginary games with Batman toys.

Around the house... things are whirring and whooshing and clicking.  I hear dishwasher, washer, dryer and refrigerator along with the sound of three of us typing.

One of my favorite things... sudafed.  (sorry, it's all I  can think about right now!)

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week:

* get better

* figure out pricing for portraits

* do lapbooks with kids

* start a read aloud with kids.
