December 31, 2005 - jello project
While at the grocery store, we happened upon canned peaches. Oh, were they good! (Yeah, not a big deal to you, right? Well, that's the first time in 3 years in China that I've seen canned peaches.) I got DD started on a jello and peaches project. Jello is not only a lesson it cooking; it's a lesson in patience. But what a payoff tomorrow she'll get!

Ah, gotta love that overseas living in which even the seemingly mundane become very exciting..... I remember that all too well, and we even had the Navy Exchange at our beck and call! That's a great lesson, too....jello is a fascinating substance
