The lavish love of God

Okay, I know you might hear this a thousand times, but I stand amazed at the awesomeness of God....beyond my wildest imaginations!  I just have to share this with you!!   Our house has been up for sale for a month or so, we had a contract on it and then 3 weeks later (about a week ago) it fell through and the house was back on the market.......the very next family to come see it (the very first people that came had put a contracton it, and now these second ones come.....) want it!!  I was out to coffee with some friends and when I came home, the people were still at the house so I had to park at my neighbor's house.  And the rest of my family was there sitting out front with her and there was this cute little girl out there too, that I'd never seen and she's playing with David like they're long lost buddies and cuddling and visiting with Miss Marlene (my neighbor) and I find out she is the daughter of the people interested in our house!!  So then after a bit, the wife comes out and we visit and she meets Miss Marlene and such, and just seems like a neat lady.  A little later, as they're leaving, the realtor comes over and shows us their deal.  They want to buy the house ONLY if we fix the roof AND give them our fridge (we had planned on taking it, it's very nice) AND my very cool rolling cart (because they said it matches the kitchen so well!!).....oh and they did want Glenn's stereo speakers too, but he said absolutely no way.  Anyway, Glenn and I are thinking these people are crazy!!!  Basically, they want us to pay closing, fix the roof, AND give them $1800 worth of OUR belongings!  So Glenn calls the realtor and says no deal and says he doesn't even want to counter their offer because it's so ridiculous.  Well, phone calls go back and forth and they agree to pay more, we fix the roof, we give them the fridge and cart, and we both pay half the closing......AND (here's the thing only God could orchestrate)we'll be walking away with $5-8,000 more than what we would have with the first deal!!.  God or what?????    Between those two contracts, people kept worrying for us and thinking us weird as we were not worried at all.  God has this!!  This house is so obviously His house and He has plans for both it and us!!  Also, we had really been praying for good neighbors for Miss Marlene and it really looks like these are them!!  Wow!!    Woohoo!!!  Thank you for your prayers!!
