our trip to adelaide

Okay lets start from the start.

                                             :Adelaide:

First we got all ready for the big 18 hour trip, and then we where traveling for one hour but then the car brokdown at a petrol station at a place called glenrowan and we where not going to make it to adelaide. So we went back home and then we tried again.this time the whole family was in the car (last time there was only six in the car) We got to glenrowan and again and the car brokdown. So we went back home.And then after a few weeks we went again this time we did not stop at glenrowan we just drove strait past.We had good time staying at our Nonnas house in Adelaide.And then we went and saw some relitives and we got a whole box of plastic cups.Then one night we went to see Narnia at the drive in.Thats the end of the adelaide trip. So we went back to albury/wodonga where we live.But thats not all.We then went to canberra for Abis softball carnival.

We stayed at place called greenhills cabins.Now we got in there and I liked it, but Mum didnt.There was spiders every where not to mention crickets.We were about to go to bed but Dad saw a spider walking in side it was only a small spider but Dad stunned it with a shoe and we saw that the spider was carying a very very small baby snake and it was alive.Then we where watching tv and Mum saw a huge spider walking up to the door,it couldev opened the door with its fangs it was that big.but Dad killed it whith a shoe .Then the next day before we went to softball Dad wanted some fresh air but when he tried to open the door it broeck of in Dads hands.Then we went to softball and we saw our friend Zac.Then on one night we went to our freinds house and played the xbox (mostly halo but now we own the game).Becky our sister went to one of her freinds house for a few weeks.thats the end of the canberra trip.

For Beckys birthday she got a ring.and we had a porkipine cake.Not much else for becky

cub scouts

Last Monday for Cub Scouts we went tenpin bowling and I got a strike but it did not countas one because the computer was broken so it counted as a spare. Dad said if I got a strike he would give me a dollar so I got one, and I used it on an air hockey machine. I played against my brother, Caleb, and I won.

Then on Friday we went to the Hume Dam Yacht Club for Scouts. I went canoeing with Dad and Caleb, then again with my sister, Rebekah, then my last go was with Abi. Then I had a sausage and bread, then I went in a speedboat. Behind the speedboat, hung on by ropes, were round tyre things, and the boat pulled them. Beck went in one of those, and on her first go, she fell over into the water. I went in the speedboat 3 times after. Then everybody else "not sitting on a cushion"* got a bag of lollies.Then we went home.

Yesterday, Mum Dad, Caleb and myself went to cubs/scouts and our subject was knotting. We made a rope bridge across pretend water.Here's a link to a site that has moving diagrams of some knots:

Hi,it has been a long time

Hi,it has been a long time since I have written in my blog.Caleb (my brother) and myself now go to cub scouts and last week two cubs graduated from cubs to scouts. Bye for now

Nimrod thought he did not need God's help,

Nimrod thought he could get to heaven himself,

But in the end the God was right and he was not bright.
