Critical evidence supporting the innocence of Lt. Michael Behenna was withheld by prosecutors.  You can read the full story here.  Basically, Lt. Behenna was convicted of killing an Iraqi man in cold blood.  He says that he shot the man in self-defense and a prosecutorial witness agrees.  However, that witness was not allowed to testify, and the defense did not have access to his statements.  There is a link in the story to an online petition requesting a new trial for Lt. Behenna, based on the evidence withheld by the prosecution.
