I am now a mom to three teen-agers. Samuel turned 13 last week. What joy he brings to my life and to our home.  He has a great sense of humor and makes us laugh each day.  He exhibits a tender heart towards others and takes up for peers when others are giving them a hard time.  I so enjoy watching him compete in soccer and basketball.  When he does his math or other independent work he's either humming or singing.  As he has grown, Samuel has developed a love for God's creation. He enjoys bird watching too and has identified 4 new birds in our backyard this spring.  He enjoys running errands with me and helping me in the yard and garden.   Happy 13th Birthday Sam!!! I am so thankful for you and love being your mom.
