Photoshop CS3???

Yep- I've got it but have NO idea of what I'm doing with it. All I can do is run some of Pioneer Woman's Actions and then even tweaking that seems daunting.
But here's one of Sparky.....

Not sure that I like it....
Or even what I did.

Help!
