The Kansas Fairs & Festivals Association has a website that can provide you a list of the Fairs and Festivals going on all across the state. (Myself, I like looking at the list sorted by date, that way if there is something I'd like to do in a month or so I can always take a look and see if there is a town that has something going on at that time and I might just take a cruise over there to check it and the town itself out.)
There is another website called CountyFairground.net and they have a listing of Fairs across Kansas only these are listed alphabetically by county. Check out this great list:
