Since, pumpkins are all around us this time of year, what better recipe to make than, Pumpkin Yummy. And let me tell you it is one delicious recipe! The first time I ever had it was this past week, when a friend of mine made it and I had two servings of it! She made it with a bunch of of whipped cream to dollop on top of it. My mouth is watering just describing it to you!
You scoop it out onto the plate and it is like pumpkin pie without a bottom crust, then it has a sort of crumbly topping on top. It is wonderful!!!
This recipe is so easy to do, and delicious, you may end up making it a few times before this holiday season is over with. I know, I plan to!

Pumpkin Yummy
Ingredients:
1 large (29-ish oz.) can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs
1 (12-ish oz.) can evaporated milk
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
3/4 cup melted butter
To Make:
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
