Need Help With Math

If your kids are anything like my Meg, math is a struggle. However we have found ways to cope, and still get the work done. Here is an idea to help you with your kids.

Dear Victoria,

The latest TOS Planner module-Amusing  Mathematics-has everything you'll need to leave  your family smiling as you learn to enjoy the lighter side of math together.

Our "hands-on" approach gives you more than just facts to make your child memorize; we provide you with tools to help them demonstrate their proficiency in math.

Your youngest mathematician will enjoy learning to write his numbers, while older students will have their logic skills tested with mind-bending puzzles. There is something for everyone in this module!

Add Amusing Mathematics to your math curriculum today and your family will:
  • Amaze friends and family with "magical" math - guess birthdays, speculate as to the number of siblings someone has - all with math!
  • Turn a  simple phone number or address into a mind boggling number puzzle.
  • Give their brains a real workout with ancient Chinese tangrams. They might think a puzzle with only seven pieces would be easy, but they'd be wrong!
  • Use the pattern block templates for some added fun. Shhhh! There's no need to tell them they're learning about geometry and fractions. They'll think they're just having fun!
  • Sudoku puzzles have become very popular, but have you tried one with shapes or colors instead of numbers? These are great mind benders for the entire family!

We are surrounded by mathematics! When we shop, as we make plans to arrive somewhere on time, even when we're fixing dinnerAmusing Mathematics even covers the "practical" side of math.
  • What's Morocco's money called?  How much is a dollar worth in Peru?  This module will teach your children about currency and exchange rates around the world.
  • How many ways can you think of to tell time?  Amusing Mathematics includes games, activities, and projects to help your children learn about the many methods of telling time.
  • What are the months of the year?
  • Fun copywork pages help your child learn about kitchen measurement. (They'll need this information when cooking the delicious recipes included in this module!)
  • Wouldn't you love to hear laughter during math tine?  We have some great math-themed jokes and riddles to start your lessons off with a chuckle.

All of our Planner modules have printables you can start using today.  Amusing Mathematics includes:

  • Printer-friendly multiplication and addition drill sheets
  • Puzzles
  • Coloring pages
  • Copywork pages created by Virginia Donahue from Proverbs 22:6 Academy
  • And, of course, the answers are included for your convenience.

Once you've fed your children's minds with this module, they'll be hungry for more.  We've also included some great, original main-dish recipes to feed their bodies.

All this and more!

Regardless of your current math curriculum, this module adds hands-on learning for all ages!

We've done our math and
created a great deal for you!
But, you have to HURRY! After October 31st, the price returns to $7.95
