Here's a nice site to post your curriculum free of charge and just as nice a site to pick up some new stuff (or just new to you). Currently, this site shows over 7,000 registered users and I see that at this moment in time, there are over 4,000 auctions currently running.
Anyone can sell on this site, but only HSLDA members can buy the new or used curriculum that is listed. And, at the current time, HSLDA is not charging a fee to buy or sell curricula.
