Yes, I'm still packing. I thought I could save a little space if I put some recipes on my blog rather than pack them in a suitcase. Feta Chicken Salad 6 cups diced cooked chicken 4 large celery stalks, diced 2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced 1 red onion, diced ¾ cup mayo ¾ cup sour cream 8 oz. feta crumbled cheese 4 tsp. dried dill weed salt and pepper In a serving bowl, mix together the chicken, celery, and red onion. In a separate bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, feta cheese and dill. Pour over the chicken mixture and stir to blend. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until served.
