Living here in Romania, I don't always have access to some simple ingredients. One of them is chocolate syrup which is needed for Eclair Cake. I have not tried this recipe yet. I will let you know if it is successful or not!
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1/2 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Add water, and mix until
smooth. Bring this mixture to a boil. Allow it to boil for one minute, being
careful that it does not boil over. Remove from heat and let cool. When cool,
add vanilla extract.
