This is a family favorite.
The meat is usually so tender we can cut it with a fork. Enjoy!

Savory Pot Roast
1 (3
pound) pot roast
1 Tbsp
cooking oil
¼ cup red
wine vinegar
¼ cup
ketchup
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
dried rosemary
½ tsp
garlic powder
½ tsp dry
mustard
Trim
excess fat from roast. Brown meat slowly
on both side in hot oil; remove from
heat and drain off fat. Combine remaining
ingredients. Put meat in crock pot and
pour sauce mixture on top. Simmer on LOW
for about 4 hours. Transfer meat to
serving platter. Skim off excess fat
from pan juices; spoon juices over meat.
Serve with rice. Makes 6-8 servings.
