Saucy Chicken
I promised yesterday on my regular blog that I would post this recipe here. So here it is! Enjoy!! I originally found this
recipe on the envelope of the Lipton Soup mix.
Later on, I couldn’t find it or remember the name. Hannah started calling it “Saucy Chicken” and
the name stuck. These are the
ingredients we use. I don’t know how
much like the original it is. Everyone
loves it and it’s very easy. I usually
serve it with rice.
2-3 whole chicken breasts
cut into strips
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets - Savory Herb With
Garlic Soup mix
water
Arrange
chicken strips in a 9x 13 casserole dish.
Mix
mayonnaise and soup mix together. Add
about 2 or 3 tablespoons of water (I don’t usually measure how much. I just stir some in.)
Pour
mixture on top of chicken and bake in the oven until done.
I’m so glad you came by today! ~ KarenW ~
