This is my husband's favorite cake.  He learned how to make it himself as a teenager MK living in Haiti.  This is a great recipe for children who are learning to cook.

WACKY CAKE
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 T cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 ½  T vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 cups water

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.  Make three holes and pour in the vanilla, vinegar and oil in each one.  Pour in the water and stir well.  Pour batter into a greased  9x13 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes on 350.
