Chicken and Cream Cheese Pasta
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 (12 ounce) package of penne or rotini pasta
1 (14 ounce) can of chicken broth
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 ½ tsp. chives
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
Boil chicken. Allow to cool and then shred.
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine chicken broth, garlic and chives. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Mix in chicken and pasta until evenly coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
