"And Jesus said to them, "Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like a head of a household, who brings out of his treasure things new and old." ~ Matthew 13:52 (NASB)
"Now in a large house there are not only gold and silver vessels, but also vessels of wood and of earthenware, and some to honor and some to dishonor. Therefore, if a man cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work. Now flee from youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love {and} peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart." ~ 2 Tim 2:20-22
Homeschool Brings FAITH Back Into Education!
Homeschooling by Faith... is believing that God will provide what your children need to learn. Stepping out in Faith, asking Him for a schedule... asking Him what subjects to teach... asking Him what shall my kids learn today...
These spice ornaments are so aromatic! You can't help but think of Christmas time!!
Make a spice ornament in the shape of a present (or a treasure chest). Once it is dried and cooled, paint on the Scripture reference "Ephesians 5:1-2"
"Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children;and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma." Ephesians 5:1-2 (NASB)
Recipe for Spice Ornaments:
3/4 cup ground cinnamon
1 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1 straw
1/8 inch or 1/4 inch ribbon
Combine spices and applesauce and mix until well blended. Mixture should be stiff. Roll out to a 1/4 inch thickness on was paper. Using a small or medium size cookie cutter, cut the desired shapes. Peel away the excess dough and re-roll as necessary. Use the straw to poke a hole at the center top to weave the ribbon through for hanging. Let the ornaments dry uncovered for 2 to 3 days turning them over several times during the drying process.
Once the ornaments have dried and ribbons are tied on, then paint them. Place them in a sealed plastic bag until ready to use. (My ornaments we made last still are still smelling good this year!)
MAGNETS: Follow the above instructions, however do NOT poke a hole in the ornament. Instead, when it fully dries, apply stick-on magnet to the back.
These make perfect gifts for family and firends!!

EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION
To reach the children of this generation with the true power of the living God to satisfy their natural hunger for the supernatural life before the enemy gives them a false satisfaction of being lovers of pleasure and not lovers of God.
"Tell your children about it, let your children tell their children." Joel 1:3.
