"And Jesus said to them, "Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like a head of a household, who brings out of his treasure things new and old." ~ Matthew 13:52 (NASB)
"Now in a large house there are not only gold and silver vessels, but also vessels of wood and of earthenware, and some to honor and some to dishonor. Therefore, if a man cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work. Now flee from youthful lusts, and pursue righteousness, faith, love {and} peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart." ~ 2 Tim 2:20-22

My Luggage Was Lost!
As we were claiming our luggage, we realized that my luggage wasn’t there. Along, with the other girl’s luggage, the keyboard and a suitcase full of books never made it. We went to the customer service to find out what had happened.
The other girl’s luggage, keyboard and books were on the same flight ticket, while mine was separately. When checking the other ticket, they said they missed the flight that it would be at our location with a day or so. But when they checked by luggage ticket, they had told me there was no record of my luggage tag. My bags had never been checked in!
I knew this was wrong because I have the claim ticket that Ohio had given to me. I knew it was an attack of the enemy to get me distracted and upset.I refused to get upset. I wasn’t going to let the devil steal my joy! I was reminded of all the wonderful things my God had been doing for me, and what He will do!
The customer service gentleman extended many apologies and then gave me an overnight bag that consisted of all the items that the airline overnight bag had PLUS a t-shirt, laundry soap and deodorant. He told me that while I was visiting, it there was anything I needed to go purchase and the airlines would reimburse me (50% of items I wanted to keep and 100% of items I handed into the desk on my return trip home). So, in reality I had everything I needed, except for clean set of clothes!
We arrived at the conference center which was on a hill/mountain. We were greeted with many Germans who had open arms and strong muscles to help carry in the luggage that we had... except for me and one other.
We left Ohio on Tuesday, around 4PM and arrived at the conference center in Germany on Wednesday, at 7PM. Although the travel time was longer than anticipated, Praise God we made it on time for the conference!!
Warfare in the Shower!
I praised for God for this! Although, I had no clean clothes to change into I did have many ladies who were willing to share with me. The Lord had provided everything I needed. I was able to take a shower but put my clothes back on. I was able to wash out my undergarments and they dried overnight. I did borrow a towel, wash rag and a pony tail holder from some of my team mates. They were so willing to share what they could.
The first night, I slept with my I-pod in my ears. Because of deep exhaustion that our group endured on the trip over, I only had two ladies who snored in my room. However, I have to laugh because one of the ladies in the next room snored so loud that woke me up. LOL.
Let me say this: sleeping in the same clothes you have had on going on three days, another shower was in order. During the shower, a boldness came upon me, and I begin during warfare in the shower. I imagine anyone who was walking to the bathroom, would have heard me. But it really didn’t matter!
The following morning, the other ladies luggage did arrive during the morning session. I praise God for that because she didn’t take it very good. I prayed for her to be comforted during this time. Although, she was very skinny as she had many around her the same size to loan her items of clothing, unlike me. But, I couldn’t let this be discouraging to me!
I was offered to be driven into town to go shopping the following morning. I kept hearing in my head, “why are you there?” I did choose not to go because there was a session that I didn’t want to miss. So, I attended in three-day old clothing! But I was clean, LOL.
… To be continued.

EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION
To reach the children of this generation with the true power of the living God to satisfy their natural hunger for the supernatural life before the enemy gives them a false satisfaction of being lovers of pleasure and not lovers of God.
"Tell your children about it, let your children tell their children." Joel 1:3.
