Another Home Ec. class today.
Dd just got through making three loaves and one pan of mini-loaves of Banana Bread. Yum! She has been wanting to do it for a long time. Well, the last two times, the bananas had actually gone way past banana bread stage. Blech! This time I was determined to not have that happen. I told her today would be a good day, since it was so cool, and she agreed! So, we are now enjoying not only the wonderful taste of her Banana Bread, but the lingering smell as well.

Ahh, don't you just love cool weather and the smell of something yummy coming out of the oven? |

We should combine house smells :0) Mine has been full of bread, pumpkin bread and apple pie filling.. better still sounds like a perfect combination for a shared meal!
I've started putting my bannanas in the freezer once they start to turn (or i buy them cheap like that) They freeze well and then when I want to make bannana bread I run them under hot water, cut off the ends and squeeze them out.
Would your daughter care to share her recipe???
OH and I have LOVED watching Hank the newest addition, what a cute puppy! I'm going to have to work out how to get pictures up as well. The one of him in the bib really got me chuckling.
