I just got through (finally) painting my daughter's room.  The color is French Pink.  It doesn't show up very well, as the lighting is very bad in the room right now.  Her Dad is going to be putting up a very pretty ceiling fan, which has pastel colored flower petals for the blades of the fan.  You can see her bookshelves, with the heart cut-outs as the braces.  The former owners left those for her, as she had expressed how much she liked them when we were there looking at the house.  I re-painted them, as they were barely painted as they were.  I also repainted her closet doors.  They are the 6-paneled typed (like the 6 panel doors that are so popular) and they look quite nice re-painted also.  I think he had barely put a coat of primer on both of them when he put them up.  She is excited that her room is almost finished.  We just need to find a pretty bed to go in there.  She will just have her mattress frame, box springs and mattress for now.  I am hoping to find a pretty white trundle bed or iron bed painted white for her.  Her comforter and matching valance are kind of lavender/purple with varying shades of purple and pink hearts on them.
