Jan. 4, 2008 - Club News
Posted in Schedule

Happy New Year everyone! We are looking forward to a fun new semester in our clubs.

Our clubs will begin meeting again on Thursday January 10, 2008.

You can see the side bar for a copy of our schedule this semester.

I will also be placing a copy your child's schedule along with badge check off info in their notebooks.

They will also be getting  their reading log sheet which will also be placed in their notebooks -this is so they can keep track of the New Testament stories they read this semester. (They should read or listen to 10 NT Bible Stories from a children's Bible.) If your child can read you can have them read it to you, if they are not yet reading they can listen and still get credit. We will not be reading these in class.

For returning students please place all papers from last semester in another notebook. (I usually just add it to a 10 cent folder so they can refer back to it.)

Please make sure your child has the following things for class this semester.

They need to have them at every class they attend.

Keepers:-Keepers at Home manual available at www.keepersofthefaith.com

Contender's -Manuals are not required for this semester but will be for the Fall semester.

Both Clubs need:

1-3 ring binder with clear cover

inside this they need a pencil pouch (Zippered)

inside the pouch they need:

2 sharpened pencils

1 sharpener

1 glue stick

1 pair of child's scissors

1 (8) count colored pencils

In the back pocket of their binder they need a doodle/scribble pad. (Inexpensive is fine.)
