Aug. 22, 2008 - Caleb is quite a guy . . .
Caleb crawled in bed with me very early this morning, and slept in Daddy's spot. I just assumed he was insecure b/c Daddy's gone for a few days. When I told dh about it, he said, "Oh, he was protecting you because he's the 'man of the day' when I'm gone." (Caleb says he's 'man of the day', instead of man of the house, whenever dh is away.) So, later I hear Caleb telling Emma he climbed in bed with me to protect me b/c he is the man of the day. 
Oh, be still my beating heart. Isn't that the most precious boy?!?
