Created To Be His Help Meet Online Book Discussion

Official "Created To Be His Help Meet" 9-Week Study Schedule, At CHC, Starting August 9th

For anyone interested we are starting an online Discussion of the book Created To Be His Help Meet, by Debi Pearl, over at The Christian Homeschool Corner (an msn interactive website). This discussion will begin August 9th (11 a.m. pacific; 12 noon mountain; 1:00 p.m. central & 2:00 p.m. eastern). Those who are not able to join in our chat time are encouraged to post a journal entry in our marriage section, to share ideas, encouragement, revelations or your journey in this book.   Many women have found their lives and marriages dramatically changed from reading and putting into practice the wisdom in this book, based on God's word.

You can let us know you are interested in the book discussion by leaving a post here and then come on over to The Christian Homeschool Corner at http://groups.msn.com/TheChristianHomeschoolCorner
and sign up for membership. It is free, but expect an email check (for online safety of all members). I am one of the Managers of the site so if you have any questions please feel free to let me know (leave a note on my blog here).

BTW - CHC has been around for 2 years and is one of the highest quality homeschool communities on msn. You can also meet other homeschool Moms there from all over the US and other countries. You may see some familiar names as many of the Moms at CHC also blog over here at homeschool blogger. It is a highly supportive place where you can find much friendship, prayer and resourcing for homeschooling. Even if you are not a homeschool Mom and are interested in knowing more about homeschooling or meeting other Moms that do so, please come on by and join in our discussion.

LOVE this book! Changed my life- and I refer to it again and again! msn doesn't work for me- I'm on dial-up and it's just too long to load, but I hope MANY will join and read! This is my all-time favorite outside of the Bible.

Kelly is spunky, very unconventional at times, fun to talk with, my best friend, and an incredible Mom and mentor to our dd. She is not afraid to lovingly hear from and tell people the truth when it is required, and is a true covenant friend. She is passionate about her relationship with the Lord, justice and righteousness, and you may see that in our blog. She loves people deeply, and sometimes gets hurt because of it - wearing her heart on her sleeve. Hearing her talk on the phone, laugh and have fun with her friends always makes me grin from the other room. She has great JOY!
