Did you take Kaitlin to see the Narnia movie yet? We went yesterday and it was really good, stayed very close to the book and the changes they did make I think were done to make it more exciting...and they still flowed with the story. Very moving at some points, it actually had me thinking about what Jesus did for me (when Aslan sacrifices himself for Edmund) and how God has such great plans for us...when Edmund, who wants glory (to be prince of Narnia and because of that, falls in with evil) actually gets the glory he wanted and more in the end by repenting, coming to Aslan (God) and becoming a King of Narnia...made me think that even though we'd like great things for ourselves, God has such better plans for us and wants even more amazing things for us than we could ever hope or plan. Anyway, if you haven't seen it yet...I know you will soon. The children in it were such great actors also!!

Kelly is spunky, very unconventional at times, fun to talk with, my best friend, and an incredible Mom and mentor to our dd. She is not afraid to lovingly hear from and tell people the truth when it is required, and is a true covenant friend. She is passionate about her relationship with the Lord, justice and righteousness, and you may see that in our blog. She loves people deeply, and sometimes gets hurt because of it - wearing her heart on her sleeve. Hearing her talk on the phone, laugh and have fun with her friends always makes me grin from the other room. She has great JOY!
