Home School Legal Defense Association assisted eight member families in Butte at the beginning of this school year when the county superintendent of schools rejected their notice of intent. Read more >>
2. Alabama: Controversy Over Meaning of Local
HSLDA assisted two member families in Dothan at the beginning of the school year when public school officials challenged their childrens enrollment in a church school outside the city limits. Read more >>
3. Georgia: Homeschooler Denied Learners Permit Documentation
HSLDA persuaded public school officials to reverse their decision after initially refusing to issue a certificate of attendance required for a homeschooled student to obtain a learners permit to operate a motor vehicle. Read more >>
4. Essay Contest Entries Wanted
