EVENT: Living Arts & Science Center Science Nights!
EVENT DATE: Thursday, March 2nd
TIMES: 6 – 8 pm (Outdoor Star Gazing or Planetarium shows if cloudy)
Science Discovery Program:
Join Professor Tom Troland of the University of Kentucky Physics & Astronomy
Department as we take a voyage through the solar system. Discover what life
would be like on another world and view amazing pictures of planets and
satellites.
Special! Also at Science Night:
Explore outdoors with the Bluegrass Astronomy Club! Members of the club
will be bringing their telescopes for our star gazing enjoyment! If weather
does not permit, we will have Star Lab planetarium shows based on specific
constellations and planets that are visible in March.
New! Art Activity: Express yourself and your new science findings! Create
an art project to take home!
Note: Groups of 6 or more need to register by calling The Living Arts &
Science Center at 859-252-5222. Thank you!
