Movies: A Comedy and a Tragedy

The Taming of the ShrewI thoroughly enjoyed this! The 'moon-sun' scene is funny and Elizabeth Taylor delivers a fantastic 'submission' speech' at the end. I considered nothing in it objectional for children.HamletI thought Mel Gibson played the part of Hamlet very well.I enjoyed this movie as well.My two younger kids lost interest and went to bed early.There is an objectional kiss between Hamlet and his mother.For more on Shakespeare movies,visit Lindafay's post HERE.
