Vision Forum

Posted in Family Movies
Vision Forum has some wonderful products.
I look on their site for books and videos,
and then check with my library to see if they have those items!

These are Moody Science Video Classics (my library has 'em!)
They are very enjoyable and educational.
My library also has these Elsie Dinsmore books.
My daughter loves them!

...Vision Forum! They have some great products available for families who aren't afraid to raise real boys and real girls in our current society.

We love Vision Forum! My dh bought my son the whole Moody DVD collection. They are great. Our library did not have them. Did you know that Vision Forum is under attack by their city government? They are fighting an eminent domain case to keep their building. They need our prayers.

...Maybe this is a no-brainer, but I've not thought to do that with VF products. Yes, we've attempted to find Ballentyne and Henty books at the library, but not videos or anything else. Sheesh. Tomorrow's library day - I guess I'd better get crackin', lol!!

Teaching the Trivium

How can you give your children the tools they need to teach themselves? Long ago students were first taught how to learn. Today, students are taught an encyclopedia of subjects – trivia – but they are not taught the basic skills of learning: to discover, to reason, and to apply.

Classical Christian Education

America's public schools are failing. Douglas Wilson lays much of the blame for this situation on the current idea that schools can educate in a moral vacuum. __________________________
