Simply Music

Posted in EXTRACURRICULAR

I like the Simply Music Program because I can learn with my children.

It teaches children and adults at an equal level.

You learn to play music before learning notes...so it's fun!

Less than 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week, keeps our interest.

I'm a bit short on words...but here is a lengthy and VERY good post at Pockets of the Future Blog

Computer Kid

If you have a child who likes to go on the computer...
why not let them learn as they have fun.
LogoAdventures is a computer course that teaches kids how computers think.

"Give your kids the equivalent of a College level Literature Class
simply by LISTENING to this Outstanding Collection of 20 Classic Books!"
"If you want to remember your history, don't mess around with names and dates...
Make it real! Make it alive! ... tell stories!"
You can get yours here!: Homeschool Radio Shows
My son has an extensive library of c.d.s from them now.
He reads in bed for one hour, then, since he is a night owl...
he listens to them for another hour before falling asleep.
They are wonderful!
Oh...and a Great Find from dollar store for c.d. storage!
