Corn Casserole
2 cans (15 oz) cream corn 4 eggs beeten 4 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons flour 1/2 sleeve of Ritze crackers crushed 1/2 stick butter melted
1. Heat oven to 350 F 2. Mix corn, eggs, sugar, flour in a 2 qt casserole. 3. Cover with crackers, pour melted butter over. 4. Bake 45-60 min |
