Sweet Potato Casserol
3 cups Sweet potatos, creamed and mashed 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Butter, melted 2 eggs 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup flour 2 1/2 tablespoons butter 1 cup chopped pecans
1. Heat oven to 350 F. 2. Combine potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla mix well. Put in baking dish. 3. Combine brown sugar, flour, 2 1/2 tbs butter, and pecans, mix and sprinkle on potaotes. 4. Bake 25 min Serves 8-10
Note * I use about 3 to 4 large sweet potato's for this. |
