Moms of Many Exercise Challenge

Woke up at 6am and did a high impact 20 minute workout ( Turbo Jam style).   This afternoon Ocean did 40 minutes on the eliptical and I did 40 minutes of sculpting (wieght training stuff).   I am thinking of doing a little workout before bed just because I feel energetic today, we will see if I get off the internet anytime soon.

  On a cute note...

Adele was working on a page for learning the sound S.  Adele always likes to add more to her picture and color more.  Today there was a sink picture she was to color and while she was doing that she decided to add  a picture above the sink.  It was a picture of mom "with all her hair" she says and daddy  with a heart in the middle.  " A  picture of mom and dad in love"  is how she put it.  Then she had all these lines above and continued to tell me that a dragon wanted to kill our love but she put an X on him so we are safe.   HUMMMMMMMMMM...... Maybe to many dramatic barbie movies lately. Well the picture was very sweet of me and Kevin.

 Here it is. . . .

Sep. 28, 2009 - Moms OF Many--Workouts

Moms of Many Exercise Challenge

About 7 weeks ago I started getting more organized for working out.  I decided to do a buddy system so have 4 days I get together with 2 friends to work out.  The first couple weeks it was harder cause school and house work can seem more important but once I got into routine I have been able to schedule workouts into our weeks.  Plus I get out for a walk a few times a week with my pup and a friend.  It is great to  buddy up cause I dont have to much time for socializing and this way I can do both together. and its not lots of time away from my family.

My Workouts:

Step arobics: 45 minutes

HipHop: 45 minutes

Walk/jogs: 45 minutes

Hope to Keep it up.

Blessings Crystal
