The Adventures of Komic Kid

Halloweeny
I love fall. The trees are changing into orange and brown. The weather is just right. Than blam!! Halloween comes.
You're reading a book on October 31 and you casually gaze out the window...
"AAAAAAAAAAA!" you scream. There's a kid ringing your doorbell who is in a tacky SPIDER MAN suit.
Is it a joke? Is it terrorism? No! It's the spirit of Halloween!

A Boy's Gotta eat PART 2
Have you ever felt that you have tasted and eaten it all? This sometimes happens to me. You wake up in the morning and the there is this urge to eat. Than you go downstairs and you get the same cereal that you have been digesting for the past 3 weeks!!
It is outrageous! We chubby people deserve new material. The Chubby Constitution says plainly: We must stand strong and We the Chubby Ones must demand new service or our desires shall perish.(to read all of the Chubby Constitution comment to ask.)
Even though you aren't fat, the joy of eating is great. Help us chubby people fight back! Be Garfield! Be a Chubby Patriot!!!!
coming soon...Halloweeny!!!!!!!!!!!!

Square Dancing and Relatives
Yeehah! Twirl your partner round and rou.... oh, hi. I didn't mean to gross you out. Anyways, you probaly guess I'm going dancing. Well your right, I'm going square dancing. This dance used to comprise of hillbillies that had beards. I can blend right in because of my buck teeth.
I also had a great time last week. My grandarents, my Aunt Kim and Uncle Jeff, and my cousins came for a visit. The best part was when we went to the beach and flew kites. Thanks Aunt Kim and Uncle Jeff! And Aunt Kim, don't kill me for not typing for a decade.(and thanks Grandma and Grandpa for putting up with me for nearly a week!)

Komic Crack-ups Month!!
A man dropped a bomb out of a plane one day. Then he landed. He soon saw a laughing kid at a store. The man asked why the boy was cracking up. The kid replied: " My gramma burped and the house blew up! "

Uncle Tom's Cabin, a New Van, Oceans, and all the Other Stuff You Wouldn't Care About!!!
Check out the title! This will take a while to explain, so choose a breath taking decision: butter or no butter on your popcorn?
Anyways, I have exiting news, I got a van! There are three things that our old car doesn't have yet our van does: elbow room, elbow room, and elbow room. My aunt gave it to my family. Thanks!
In school, I'm learning about the Civil War. You know what Uncle Tom's Cabin is right? My description of it is a very sad book. Really, it's about slavery. One slave runs away, while one stays. The runaway goes free but the other slave,Uncle Tom, is beaten to death. Very sad story.
Tune in for the continued story!

KingTut, Nefertiti, and Ay, Oh My (Part 3)
When I studied about King Tut, I asked myself: why would anybody like Howard Carter spend his last 10 years excavating a pile of bones? Discovery! Duh komickid!
It was a Pharaoh's pile of bones. It was poorly taken care of. And did it stink! I bet if you threw it in a barn, the livestock would fall in unison. And to top it off: the tomb was robbed twice! I don't get it.
Well, that's all, I'm hungry. (That's a wrap!)

King Tut, Nefertiti, and Ay, oh my!!!!!! (part 2)
Ay,the shortest name I know. The only short name I know.Odd,but cool.
So, anyway, before I babble about what I know and don't know, let's talk about Ay. To tell you what, I didn't actually have a book about him, but it seems that people know more about him than Nefertiti (see part 1). He is is still plenty mysterious.
This guy, Ay, somehow turned from a peasant into Amunhotep's Grand Vizier (not to mention he served the third Amunhotep). Still, this process took several years. And still aigain, how did he do it? All this stuff is killing my tiny brain!
Scientists also believe that Ay killed King Tut! ( I'll get to him later )!!!!!
(Tune into King Tut, Nefertiti, and Ay, oh my!!!!!! PART 3)

King Tut, Nefertiti, and Ay, oh my!!!!!! (part 1)
This week I read and wrote about Tutankhamun (I call him plainly Tut). This was going to be fun! I also read about Nefertiti, the "mystery queen' and her father Ay. I'll talk about Nefertiti in this part.
You can tell if there is little known about the person in a book when the book is thin and is in BIG print. This is exactlly how my Nefertiti book was. Seriously, it was like: Nefertiti was born, she married, she died. Either my theory is right, or the archeologists are hiding things from us.
Now, my story of Nefertiti is this: Nefertiti was born, she married, she died. Sounds familiar? I thought so. That sentence is a brief description of how much we know about the "mystery queen"...
(Tune into my next King Tut, Nefertiti, and Ay,oh my!!!!!!)

THE LEWIS AND CLARK FINALE (Part 4)
When the Corps went homeward, they were very happy. It had been a hard, but fun journey.
The men had it easier getting back to the 30 year-old country.Infact, only one person died on the trip.
Sacajawea, one of the Corp's guides, gave Clark Pomp, her son, to take care of . Pomp died of Gold Fever.
Lewis became governer of the Louisiana territory (see: part 1)and Clark the Missouri territory.
Sadly, Lewis commited suicide only 3 years later.Hopefully, Clark died of old age.
The Lewis and Clark expodition has been the greatest expodition in American history.
THE END

MARK TWAIN a short biography
For school, me and my family are reading "The Adventures of Tom Sawer" by Samuel B. Clemens. And if you ask "Who is he?" . Then I have a story for you.
Samuel B. Clemens, as a young adult, was a steamboat pilot. He was a "cub" , meaning that he was an apprentice to an expireinced pilot. But when the Civil War started, his steamboat career ended. It ended because there would be battles by the rivers.
Sam started his writing career after he and his friend were dared to, by their wives, write a novel. This gave "Mark Twain" an insparation to write.

A GUIDE TO HISTORY ( Lewis And Clark PART 3 )
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA August 29, 1803
Lewis was being impatient with the boat builder. The man was slightly drunk you could say. It wasn't till the next day that the keelboat was ready for the expedition.
Two days later, Lewis was looking over a cliff when he slipped and was almost killed. Luckilly, only one man died in in the expedition (but you didn't hear it from me).
At the Corps' first camp, Camp Wood, they were hungry. But at least they had some nice, cold, disgusting, portable soup. Right? Well, they had to be grateful, 'cause they had a hayload of it.
In the spring, the Corps team was out on the way to the Pacific Ocean. They wouldn't know what was ahead of them.
In August, 1804, sergeant Floyd died. He was only 22. In what is now known Souix City, Iowa, Floyd is buried on a mountain called Floyd's Bluff. In the next sentence, and throughout these parts, I will show the person's grammar exactly the way they wrote it. When Floyd died, Lewis wrote in his journal "This Man at all times gave us proofs of his firmness and Deturmined resolution to doe Service to his Countrey and honor to himself."

A Guide To History (Lewis and Clark: Part 2)
William Clark,on the Lewis and Clark Expedition, was a captain. But he didn't neccisarly sail a boat.He still was a captain.
Captain Lewis was made governor of the Louisiana territory, Clark was made governor of the Missouri territory.
Clark raised ten children including sacagawea's (I'll get to her later) two kids.He died from old age.

A Guide To History (Lewis and Clark: Part 1)
I love it! I'm doing research on the Louisiana Purchase, the Corps of Discovery etc. etc. . But it's gotta be finished in two weeks. Impossible!
Louisiana , at the time, had about thirteen of todays states crammed inside of it.But it was owned by the French.
Before I go on, lets talk about the people.I'll begin with Meriwether Lewis.
Young Lewis loved to explore. He also loved animals . Infact, on the
expedition, he found more than 200 new species of life!
Lewis's reward for leading the Lewis and Clark expedition was to be made governor of the Louisiana terrority. He started to drink and became depressed.
It's hard to believe, but only three years after the expedition ended, Meriwether Lewis commited suicide (killed himself). He was only thirty-five years old.
Tomorrow I can't wait to learn more!

A Guide to Grades
Grades, in general, are nervous breakdowns. (For me, of course) Let's go grade by grade shall we?
First Grade: easy, too easy. Even a dog could do it.
Second Grade: ...getting harder
Third Grade: in this stage...(don't ask)
Fourth Grade: judgement year
Fifth Grade: I'll think about it when I'm nine
Speaking of guides, see my next one (A guide to History)

Lights! Camera! Homework?
When my family finishes reading a book, we watch the book's movie. And I'm telling you, Disney can change a long book into a 30 minute ripoff film. Johnny Tremain for instants.
Speaking of Tremain, me and my family watched the Disney movie of it. Ripoff.

A Boy's Gotta Eat: Part 1
I wake up in my mom's bed, jumping in the night before, exactly when my baby sister does. How weird is that?
Speaking of my sister(s), one is like a clone of me, and the other looks like she's not realated to me. Beyond weird.
Me and my older sister (my younger one isn't even in daycare) a few days ago, studied on Purim (which is today) ,but we didn't celebrate it. So why did we study it? I don't know.
I'm a major food fan. Every day I ask "When's lunch? When's lunch?" 'cause a boy's gotta eat. My mom's reaction isn't good. Isn't it obvious?

I, Komic Kid, commonly start my day around eight o'clock. I eat breakfast , get dressed, and start school. In all , this takes at least forty-five minutes.
A day at my house is not what you expect . Almost everything leads to excitement , which leads to an adventure . . .
