I've been away for far too long!  It's been so long, I'd almost forgotten my "sign in" name!  :-)  I finally figured it out though so, voila, here I am!

Formal lessons ended Friday, May 25th!  Yippee!  I don't know who is more ecstatic....me or the children!  I'm going to keep Allison going on math so she doesn't lose anything and I'm going to keep Bailey reading since she's not quite independent yet, but other than that, we are done!

Now we can get down to the business of making soap, making paper, making jelly, harvesting our summer SQUARE FOOT garden (which is really 27 square feet), making whatever other creative messes we can dream up and let's not forget, enjoying the inevitable HOT Texas summer! 

It feels good to be blogging again.  Don't hold your breath though...there's no telling when I'll be back!  :-)
