Well we just had dinner, I made cheeseburgers and fries, the kids all had their   showers and everyone is smelling sweet. The girls have gone upstairs and are playing with Barbies, I helped Brett update his blog and Zarek is reading his new book Tree Castle Island by Jean Craighead George.  He loves her books.  My friend Amy picked it out when we were at Barnes and Noble last, when I was complaining about how hard it is to pick books for him.  Then I saw it was by George and so I bought it.  He loves her books because they are about nature and mostly about kids that are on their own in the wilderness.  He must be enjoying it because I haven't heard him complain yet and he's almost done with the book.  I picked up The Eyre Affair today at the library.  I can't tell if I like it yet, I was reading Atonement but I just couldn't get into it, so at chapter 7, I said forget it and returned it today.  I have to start reading The Good Earth for our next book club soon.  I hope it's good!

The house seems very empty lately with dh working his second job.  I don't know why because he'd be sleeping anyway, but it still feels that way.  Well no one is listening to me about brushing their teeth so I have to go and...um...encourage them!!
