This morning we went on a walk for diabetes with several other homeschooling families.  The children have two friends who have Type 1 Diabetes and we went on the walk to support them.  We had such a great time.  There were Star Wars characters dressed up and walking throughout the zoo, we got a lot of pictures and the kids had fun playing together on the playground at the zoo.
