baby #5, 19.5 weeks, Ultrasound Results!!
IT'S A BOY!!! Praise the Lord!!! With three girls and only one boy (so far), we are so thrilled to be expecting another son! We got a really good look at him, so there are no doubts. :) More importantly, everything else looks wonderful, all the parts where and as they should be, and sized just right for my dates.
Now begins the name game...the hardest part of the game is keeping it secret. So many people, especially family, want to know what we've chosen. But we like to have a good look at our new babies before we commit to a name. We do have a couple of favorites and we have picked a middle name...but still, just in case, and to have some surprise...it's a secret.
This is the first time since our oldest that we've found out the gender. I like the fun of not knowing until the wee one is born, but Dean really wanted to know this time and now I'm glad to know, too. And I'm also glad to know there is only one baby...twins would be a wonderful blessing and maybe I will be blessed that way someday. But for now, with our first full year of homeschooling coming up, I'm so glad the Lord has given me just one new one!

Congratulations! We have 3 boys and 1 girl so we sort of hoping for another girl - hopefully I'll find out at my week 20 ultrasound - but that's still 9 weeks away. We've found out with each of ours and they've been right every time. Maybe after being sick from week 6-20 I just need some good, happy, baby news.

Answered Prayers
Posted by hugabunchmom
I am thrilled to see your many updates over the last few blogs, I'm behind in my catching up with my blog friends. Great to hear that all is well with your new coming baby BOY! I will continue to keep you in my prayers, that you will get enough rest, still be able to get the necessities done, and that your faith and strength in God will grow every day just as your baby does. Wow, what a blessing over the higher rent vs. homeschooling with your mother in law. God truly does answer prayers. I pray her heart continues to soften and I am so thrilled that you will be able to continue being home with your little ones. ((hugs)) I will continue to pray for your family!

Congratulations!!!
I was just stopping by to ask if you could please pass the word about the "Labor in Love" 30-Day Encouragement Challenge (from Revive Our Hearts) that we're doing beginning Sept. 4th? It would be great to have as many women as possible doing this (and I'm sure the husbands wouldn't mind either!)
In Him,
Amy
