We've been busy lately, spending as much time as possible with our friends who are moving in less than 2 weeks. Schoolwork has fallen by the wayside because of this. I just simply lost the heart to do it anymore with all of this weighing on my mind. And, anyway, schoolwork will always be there--our friends won't.
So our best friends are moving to Georgia. Our church is losing a terrific music minister and family.
I was blog hopping and saw this post. Our best friends just moved from PA to Montana. I thought we would all die! Knowing that keeping the adults close was easier than the kids who are changing and growing, we started a co-blog. We use Blogger, share a Google account started for this reason only, and blog back and forth to each other. We made it private so no one can mess with it and we can show pictures, give place names, etc. with no worries.
Hang in there. God's purposes and plans are perfect and He will make a way to maintain this friendship.
