Often at Christmas, I worry that I may not get my Christmas baking done.  Baking is something that I only do when I'm in that 'baking mood'...otherwise what's the point?  I feel it should be fun and enjoyable or not done at all.  Today, as always happens sometime as Christmas approaches, I had an overwhelming urge to do a bunch of baking.  I've been loving it, I made an enormous batch of nuts n bolts, mexican wedding cakes, nanaimo bars, and butterscotch squares.
