Healthy eating, here I come!

Happy New Years!

My one and only new years resolution is to get healthy...and hopefully much smaller.  I am starting back on the GI diet which is basically just a whole, natural, unrefined foods plan.  No refined sugar, no white flour, lots of fruits and veggies.  Well, I'm sure not about to post my weight, and I was looking for a picture to post instead, but surprise surprise, I've deleted them all because I look too fat in them hahaha. 

I just made my menu plan and it looks delicious.  My kids will hate it and think I'm torturing them, but somehow that adds to the joy..hahaha.
